Welcome to Baba’s Secret! Below you’ll find everything you need to know about our shipping process.

Delivery Areas

We currently deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom only.

Delivery Times

• Orders placed before 10:00 AM on working days will be delivered within 2–3 working days.
• Orders placed after 10:00 AM on working days will be delivered within 3–4 working days.
• Orders placed over the weekend will be delivered within 2–3 working days, starting from the following Monday.
• Please note that weekends and public holidays are not considered working days.

Delivery Costs

• A flat rate of £3.20 applies to all orders under £50.
• Free delivery is available for orders over £50.
• Offers regarding delivery costs may be available from time to time.

Digital Products

If you purchase a digital product or a gift card in digital format, these will be delivered via email to the address provided at checkout.

Gift Cards

Gift cards are available in both digital and physical formats. Please allow the same delivery times for physical gift cards as with other physical products.
